Shieldbugs at Rospannel Farm

These three images are of the same eggs on Bramble leaf, taken when laid on or before 28 May
2000, starting to hatch on the 17June2000 and the 18 June 2000. A week later the young had all dispersed and I couldn't see them anywhere.Guess that they are Hawthorn shieldbugs?

The fourth image shows the last day before they dispersed, some already gone.Last two images above show Gorse shieldbuds, changing to the normal yellow/green colour for hiding in Gorse bushes.

First two images are of Green shieldbugs, young and adult. The next to last show Squashes mating. Should be an image of Hawthorn shieldbug on end, but it's gone missing!
All the above photos were taken on the same twenty meter Cornish hedge at Rospannel Farm, except for the last two which were taken near our pool by Guy and Shelagh while on holiday last Autumn,2002, and are a Sloe bug nymph and Eurygaster testudinaria.

These two images of Pied shieldbug were taken in April 2003 at Rospannel Farm.
